Hey guys,

No one has seen fit to answer my question, which was: " If taking cod liver

oil by mouth is better than in capsule form, how can one promote the

adequate digestion of this?

In other words, the damn stuff repeats on me if I take it by mouth, like a

cheap hot dog, or something....

~~~ I've had the same thing happen with fish oil caps and oregano caps. Don't have an answer though. ~~
Dear Fran,
With that kind of reaction to a very high quality cod liver oil, you need to take less. Far less. This kind of reaction could also be indicative of you needing a liver/gallbladder cleanse ;o) After the cleanse you should rebuild your liver/gallbladder using milkthistle.
Love,
Doc
I'd mix it in a smoothie or just take it in pill form.
