No, not THAT crafty :-( I was wondering about organic citrus zest - we've

been getting tons of beautiful citrus fruits, so I've been zesting & drying the

peel to use in baking & teas. Maybe that's not something others would want

tho...

 

Maybe an herbal tea blend...

Citrus zest is nifty stuff! I use it in soapmaking--the color spreads

in the soap to make a nice natural colorant, and it acts to anchor

those light and volatile (and now spendy) citrus EO's
