Guest guest
Lisa You do not mention how old your son is......... make sure you give him Gatorade or the equivalent as dehydration would be a real concern. Guest guest
Nil I am so sorry to learn about your brother. In Orthomolecular medicine, there have been good results in treating schizophrenia with B vitamins, magnesium and something else I cannot remember right now. Urge his doctors to do a search on schizophrenia and orthomolecular medicine. This is nothing new. mjh In a message dated 3/3/03 5:17:53 PM Eastern Standard Time, herbal remedies writes: Message: 14 Mon, 3 Mar 2003 22:50:46 +0200 "Nil" <ng2113 Ynt: Reiki: Schizophrenia Cathie, I have a brother who has schizophrenia. I visited him today in the hospital. He told me that he was involved in nuclear war that was going on presently but doctors wouldn't believe him.He was very frustrated that doc would not believe him.I told him "okay.. but we are in safe place. No one can reach us.Don't worry!". He calmed down.He was relaxed when I left him. I also think thats meds given to schizophrenics make them worse in time. It is too late for may brother anyway. He is in quite bad shape. Just wanted to share. Nil ----- Original

Guest guest
Gatorade is full of refined sugar and would make things worse. Janet I believe only lime gatorade does NOT cause diarrrhea. I know from experience here. My ex's boss brought gatorade to the work site to prevent his men from becoming dehydrated. They are construction workers and are in the Florida heat a lot. After drinking the gatorade and water for a few days, they ALL began having diarrhea. Some types of gatorade cause this, even when not having runny bowels beforehand.
