Guest guest
it's been a while but since Doc Shillington mentions enzymes in the article he wrote on varicose veins, i figure it's time to brew another batch of rejuvilac ( had a jar of enzymes in capsule form, but ran out ). i used hard red winter wheat. i sprouted the wheat berries until the sprout tails were about an inch long. is that long enough? i don't have the written recipe -- only the recipe in memory from learning it second had from a person who had Wigmore's book a couple years back. it seems in the past i let the prout tails grow longer before soaking them in water for two days. does the length of the sprout tails make a big difference in the finished product? peace, cathie
Guest guest
no the length does not matter as long as they are sprouted... Valorie has an article on sprouting in the files ... (Doc's wife).. Suzi WillowShade40 wrote: i sprouted the wheat berries until the sprout tails were about an inch long.is that long enough?
