My guys have been on raw for years now, too, and rabbit is just about their favorite. If I were in your position, I would eviscerate two out of every three of the rabbits I fed my dogs. Given that rabbits are among the creatures that dogs would normally kill and eat, an intact carcass would probably be fine once or twice a week. My experience, though, is that giving dogs organs, especially liver and kidney, more than once or twice a week causes diarrhea, although that's probably something that varies with the individual dog and may change as tolerance for the richness of organ meats grows.

JMO, of course. I'd be interested on hearing how your dogs do.

I have a question which is off-topic just a little.

I feed my dogs raw foods ( veggies, fruits, meat and bones ). I

have the opportunity to buy whole rabbits but I am unsure if I should

remove any of the internal organs.

Does anyone know if any internal organs may be bad for dogs ?

I am asking everyone this and doing my own research.

Tks,
