Suggestions for Herbs for Stress

Make sure you are getting adequet amounts of quality B vitamines

(the stress vitamines) and I also like sipping on Kava Kava tea when

I am anxious. Yogi is a good brand of Kava Kava tea. Be sure you are

sleeping well and exercising to help you handle your extra stress.

It is amazing at how much better we handle things when we are simply

exercising and sleeping good.
