Guest guest
Hello all! I am a new member. My name is Tamara. I am married and I have 2 kids and 2 dogs who think they are my kids, too! I have a quick question. I have high blood pressure and really need to lose some weight. Only problem is, I have very lil will power when it comes to food. I don't eat many sweets though. Just everything else! =o) My question is does anyone know of an appetite suppressant of some kind that is an herb or something? I have taken feverfew for migraines and ginger for nausea, so I know a lil bit. Thanks, ~Tamara~ ___________ Get 25MB, POP3, Spam Filtering with LYCOS MAIL PLUS for $19.95/year. http://login.mail.lycos.com/brandPage.shtml?pageId=plus & ref=lmtplus
Guest guest
Tamara, Garlic is good. Total Tonic would be great for you.. (in the files under Dr.IanShillington) Probably a total body cleanse would be in order. Changing your eating habits would be good.. more fruits, veges, grains... (sprouted) Exercise with thoose doggies... There unfortuneately is no quick fix for weight...change of lifestyle and diet are your best bet... Suzi Tamara Lagerstrom <tamara534 wrote: Hello all! Guest guest
Tamara, welcome to the group. Try changing over to certified organic foods. For the blood pressure cayenne and hawthorne are very good. Garlic would be excellent as well.
