Hi Tia,

Don't be overwhelmed. A lot of these people here really are experts but then

there are just regular people like me who have an interest and are relieved

to finally find people who can actually answer our questions! You learn by

asking so ask away!

 

Most of the ingredients for those formulas you can find at your grocers (preferably

organic grocer or someone who stocks organic food) or the health food store.

If you don't have access to a health food store then there is a list of links

in the files to great online resources who will deliver or mail order. Are

you in the States? Most of the links are for the US but if you're elsewhere

in the world (as am I) then you can do your own research online or maybe

someone here has another option for you.

 

Are you looking at making a particular formula?
