Guest guest
I think it was Cindy (or Cheri? Started with a C - I should check the archives) who mentioned yesterday that almonds were really working for her as a source of calcium. Well, in the last three weeks or so I've significantly increased my intake of almonds as I've been making almond milk almost every day, and I've also been chowing down on tahini, and I've noticed that the tips of my fingernails are now WHITE, as though I've had a French manicure. I showed this to my teacher/naturopath last night and she corroborated the theory that it's due to calcium and I'm absorbing it really well. All this to say, I believe what you say is true, Cindy (or Cheri), because I'm seeing the same thing in myself, and I believe that almonds are a great source of calcium!
