Guest guest
Since everyone is giving their opinion - Beans do not digest unless they are sprouted first - soaked for I'd say at least 24 hours. When they are soaked first, they are much easier for the body to digest and utilize as the enzyme inhibitors are gone and they are now an alive food ready for eating. Therefore, less or no gas. (Remember ability to digest varies from person to person and what else was eaten with the beans?) I've never tested out to prove the "water" therory. But I know people besides myself, who have experienced proper digestion when beans were soaked and suffered a lot when they were not. So the message is: soak your beans first and you and your friends will be happpy! So the f*rts are actually heavy metal residue, like exhaust from a car?? That's REALLY unromantic :)ILANA xoxoChinLdy wrote: Suzi and Ilanna, ROFLMAO too, I have heard through the years, that beans remove all the extra metals from the body and depending how much level of metals have built up makes for when sometimes people get a lot of gas from the beans and sometimes none.??? So possibly there are constituents in the soakwater that decay quickly or something like that. Beans are potentlittle creatures! That's why we love 'em and our families hate 'em! :)ILANA xoxoSend Flowers for Valentine's Day Federal Law requires that we warn you of the following: 1. Natural methods can sometimes backfire. 2.
