Guest guest Posted February 12, 2003 Report Share Posted February 12, 2003 Has to do with the gravational pull.. i believe... same reason farmers plant at certain phases of the moon... same reason if you dig a hole at one phase of the moon you won't have enough dirt to fill the hole back up but if you do it at another phase you will have extra dirt..... (strange I know, but it is true) It is not that it is no good... it is a bit more potent... you can make it whenever...but the best is with the full moon... If you want the most potent tincture it is wise to time it out this way.
