I'm not trying to toot my own horn or anything, but here is my take. You say that you have obsessive compulsive disorder. That is a SYMPTOM, not the disease itself. I am not up to date on what specific herbs can help you ( and I know there are many) & I'm sure doc can help you with this. But in the interest of taking out the problem itself, I would encourage you to look for the root cause rather than try to medicate the signs of a deeper problem away. Contrary to what you may have been told by a canonized "doctor", you do not just "Have OCD". there is a reason behind it. Take that out & you have won.
