Delicious Tea-Hibiscus Flowers, etc.

Some years ago I used to buy a tea called " Cynopep " at the

health food store. It was imported from Germany but I haven't

seen it anywhere in a long time. Luckily, I had given my mother a

box of it and she still has it in her cupboard...! It's a really nice

blend:

 

Hibiscus Flowers

Rose Hips

Peppermint

Chamomile

 

I think there were approximately equal amounts. It was delicious,

soothing, and calming and as per recent postings about

hibiscus it must also be very high in Vitamin C.
