I had a bad case of shingles 5 years ago. It was in my leg and I was told I would always have pain from it. I did not take the Famvir that the Dr prescribed, I used Olive Leaf Extract and many other things. BUT the main thing I did that could help this lady is I went to a top notch acupuncturist. She used acupuncture and electrical stimulation in the nerve line. HTH

Does anyone know of something that can be used to ease the pain of the lesions from shingles. An 85 year old lady I know has them and they are hurting pretty bad and the docs aren't giving her anything for the pain. Nice huh? I know what causes them, I just want to help ease her pain. Thanks a bunch to anyone who can answer this.
