Garlic and sinus infections

Christy, of course we don't mind hon. Garlic is a great thing for just about

any condition and I always have a fresh bulb around the house. You might

want to look at Doc's Total Tonic recipe in the files. It is all easy to get

foods, so you should be able to throw them together. As I posted earlier, I

take nettle for my sinuses. As long as I take it everyday, in some form, I

don't even sneeze like I used to LOL!
