Guest guest
Mono can be a lot more serious than people think. I had a serious case about 10 yrs. ago. At the time everybody wanted to share their mono horror stories with me. We had one poor little boy in town that the virus went to his liver, and he had very serious problems for a while. That virus can travel to any organ and seriously complicate your life. Luckily, most people do fine getting over it. You rarely hear about the people that don't, but it surprised me how many there are. Now Hepatitis, we didn't hear weather it was A,B, or C. I'm sure your aware that Hep A is pretty common. Hep C is rivaling AIDS for the no. of people that have it, and it's way easier to catch than people think. You can get Hep C from eating at a restaurant that has an employee that has it. This goes back to the issue of vaccines too. If you have recieved a vaccination that was cultured in human fetal cells, you are taking on whatever that fetus was carrying. There are like 5 or 6 vaccinations that were cultured in fetal cells. Hep A and chicken pox vaccine are the only 2 that come to me right now.
