Microwaves are definitely verbotten (= gotta go ;o)

When you run an electrical DC current (direct current) through water, you get electrolysis, which is breaking the water up into its individual Hydrogen / Oxygen molecules. It is no longer water. Furthermore, some of these molecules are "Free Radicals". Microwaves create an electrical field by "induction" and this action will change the molecular structure of the food you're cooking. Ohhhhhhhhh, sure there's enough of the real food to make it "taste" like the real thing, but you're asking for all kinds of problems from free radicals (Free radical Hydrogen, Oxygen, and Carbon atoms), and from chemical changes brought about by the electrolysis and causing chemical solutions to mutate into different chemical solutions which the body doesn't recognize.

Sorry for the big words here, but what all the above means is that your food is no longer just food anymore. Some of it has changed into all kinds of different chemical compounds. These are things the body does not recognize, nor can they be used. In the case of free radicals, they are actually dangerous. In essense, your body just doesn't know what to do with some of these particles. They are certainly no longer food.

Hope this helps.

Love,

Doc

PS. I can get into this deeper if y'all wish. ;o)
