Guest guest
Hi Terrie, Reducing the foods that create mucus in your body will not clog you up and make you constipated. What might clog you up and make you constipated is your body attempting to rid itself of this massive collection of mucus that you have accumulated. That and the fact that there is a good possibility that your liver and gall bladder are not functioning properly. I would suggest to anyone that they do a thorough bowel cleansing, liver/gallbladder cleansing and the total body cleansing. This will clean out the bowels, clean out the liver and gall bladder and stimulate them into working properly again. The total body cleanse will then begin the process of removing this vast store of mucus from the cellular level on up. It will also aid the body in ridding itself of toxins that have been collecting from foods you eat and the environment. You can look in the files and find the Intestinal Cleanses #1 & #2. You can use these to cleanse your bowels and they will help keep you from being constipated. If one reduces the mucus, could that cause constipation? I have noticed right now when I try to eat right, my bowels get tightened up. I dont want to have to do an enema or take laxative. When does this work it self out then?TerrieFederal Law requires that we warn you of the following: 1. Natural methods can sometimes backfire. 2. Guest guest
Also consider this, We normally eat at least three meals a day with snacks in between. Well our bowels are usually always full even though we do have our daily BM. I say they are usually always full because your intestines are always busy working on processing the food you just ate several hours ago. Well of course we have a BM because we just shoved another plate full of food into our stomachs. It has to go somewhere!!!! So our bowels dump some of what is in the colon to make room for the new addition. This all occurs through chemical responses and hormones. This is one of the reasons why most all of us have so much dried fecal material stuck to our intestinal walls keeping us from gaining the proper nutrition we need from the food we eat. Getting rid of this material not only allows us to utilize our foods better but also allows us to eat less and we are now much more efficient. So you will naturally lose weight. No you won't shrivel up and become a toothpick. Your body will, however, seek its own desired body weight. This is where fasting is such a good thing cause it allows us to completely empty our bowels. When the intestines are stretched, from being full all the time, they tend to forget how to work (peristalsis). So we just use food to push out the poop. When you cleanse your bowels , body and utilize fasting, then your bowels will begin to remember how this peristalsis thing works and get back on track. Then you will not be constipated and you will be eating much less food than before. You will have much more energy because your body now has the nutrients that it was starving for before you did the cleanse. Most of us do not get eat because we are hungry, we eat because we are not getting the nutrients from the food that we do eat. Therefore, we tend to overeat. Now you know why so many people are obese. Some of it is hereditary but most of it is due to wrong eating choices and not getting the proper nutrients into their blood. Okay enough said I guess. I do hope that this helps some of you understand better the reason it is so important to do cleanses. Seriously, your body will only love you for it in the end. Guest guest
Colonics and/or natural herbal enemas (not the store bought kind) are a very good way of helping to cleanse the colon. This is all they will do. They will not cleanse the smaller intestines. However, they will go a long way in cleaning out dried material and other such things as may be lurking inside. Using herbal enemas will also help to heal and tone the colon giving it the proper nutrients that it needs to function correctly. But remember to give your colon some healthy flora and fauna as well. Eat good organic yogurt, take acidophilus and kefir. This will help to add friendly bacteria into your gut, so to speak.
