They do work wonders ;o) The best exercise that many people can do is "Running". However, since a lot of people can't run due to broken bones, painful joints, etc, the next best is "Rebounding" using a mini trampoline. Running and rebounding exercise every cell in the body. Just wanted to drop a note... I am usually just a lurker and have been helped quite a bit by this group.I am 34 yr old and have Fibromyalsia (about 3 yrs now). It has been difficult to say the least. I do Yoga every morning and I have exercises that I do twice a day for my back, shoulders and neck - my most painful pressure/trigger points.
