Guest guest
Unless you clean up your diet and eat more healthy, any cure will just put a bandaid on it, but will not help over long term... you are just masking a problem which more than likely will worsen with time. Guest guest
Okay Mary, There is no magic potion but a decoction of bayberry bark with a little cayenne added should help you. However, and this is my opinion, your problem will only worsen over time until it becomes chronic and then very little is going to help, unless you change your eating habits and diet now. Just take a teaspoonful of bayberry bark and maybe a pinch or two of cayenne and add to a pint of boiling distilled water. Cover and simmer for 20 minutes. Then cool and strain, bottle and keep in the refrigerator.
