Guest guest
My favorite website for raw/whole foods is chetday.com. He's got a huge site - lots of articles, recipes, tips, ideas, newsletters, and a downloadable ebook, 21 days to Health & Beyond (or something like that LOL) . He used to have an email group to go with the 21 day program, I'm not sure if he still does that or not. The website, though is really good, and full of great information. rawgourmet.com is another great one - lots of recipes, another ebook, newsletter - she's great fatfree.com has some great vegetarian and vegan recipes.... you'll be there for a long time, guaranteed LOL These are just off the top of my head - if you need more, just let me know and I'll dig through the computer. I've done raw food, mostly for detoxing, for about 4 years, so I've learned a few things that make it easier. And I DO feel better when I do it.... there are just too many other good foods out there calling to me all the time Oh, I just remembered an awesome book that I have: RAW: The UNcooked book, by Juliano - incredible, amazing, recipes!!! Hope this helps Linda in OH
