And welcome to the group. Glad you joined us. Indigestion is usually the result of eating the wrong foods. So now I have to ask you for a little bit more detail as to your eating habits, stress, do you smoke, drink alcohol, coffee, sodas, etc, etc.... Can't do anything about a something if we don't know what that something is and what is causing it. As I have mentioned it is usually, though not always, food related. Something to think about anyway. Give us some more information and we can take it from there. Okay?

I'm 53, live up the hills in scotland, love herbs and always have. I'm having a lot of bother recently with indigestion---tummy always feels like a washing machine...goin round and round. heartburn as well.This is a combined hallo folks and a whine about my internals !!Federal Law requires that we warn you of the following: 1.
