Guest guest
Hi Ilana, That's interesting about your husbands blood clotting. I had the same problem, it actually runs in my family, until I changed how I ate. When I made drastic changes in my diet and vitamin taking, my clotting problem went away, Not over night, but it sure did improve. I have a husband also who resists food changes! He doesn't have much choice when I'm cooking, but he still doesn't want to eat alot of fruits and veggies. You really can't MAKE people change, they have to want to do it, and it is very frustrating. My husband works extremely long hours, and I think he uses food as a comfort item. My father was a major alcoholic, but he was a faithful vitamin taker. He just recently died at 74. He should have died 30 yrs. ago, but I know all that vitamin taking must have done a lot of good! So you do what you can and hope for the best.
