They use household items you would normally have around, so you don't have to get anything special. Otherwise I love the Cleanse Pack from Unicity. And I helped her with her seminars for several years before she passed on. She taught us how to understand disease and the body and gave as a method to quickly analyze all problems. Her remedies are herbal and homeopathic. They are highly energized and reasonably priced. She was a very spiritual woman who used that in every aspect of her work. I still use her energy devices and her methods of doing spiritual clearings. " Are her remedies really the best? " In my opinion, they are the best. Basically, its a fasting cleanse in which you drink only 'lemonade' (2 tbs fresh squeezed lemon juice, 2 tbs grade-B maple syrup or raw blue agave syrup, a pinch of cayenne pepper (1/10 tsp) and 8-10 oz. pure distilled or filtered water. Drink 6 - 10 glasses per day whenever you feel hungry, and drink lots of pure water throughout the day. Can be done from one to an indefinite number of days. Ten days or more is recommended. The tongue becomes white and coated during the cleanse and when it returns to a nice pink color, its complete. I'm just finishing a 10 day fast/cleanse and it feels wonderful. You take no food or supplements during the fast, so it is very inexpensive. It's a great way to cleanse, heal the body and boost energy levels. Guest guest Posted January 15, 2007 Report Share Posted January 15, 2007 I read the liver cleaning recipe by Hanna Kroeger but that is not her recipe it is written by Edgar Cayce during his sleep state in 1932. And it is for cleansing of the whole internal organs,, you just eat apples for three days and at the end of the third day drink olive oil.
