Guest guest
_http://fluoridealert.org/_ (http://fluoridealert.org/) A Google search on 'Fluoride' will bring up a raft of sites and information. In the main, steer clear from Fluoride. Children don't need it - can do and does do damage. Do ensure that children clean their teeth 'properly' and floss. This regime whould be in place three times a day - i.e. after each main meal. Children need a good balanced diet that incorporates some raw vegetables - carrots, cauliflower, broccoli etc and raw fruits - apples, oranges etc. Ensure food is organic as far as possible. No sweet stuff and NO sodas. Learn to read labels and to 'know' what the labels are telling you. Drink plain water, filtered: pi-water is excellent. (Expensive initially, buat cheap in the longer term). Children should have a proper breakfast, a well balanced light lunch and a good supper. Children should not have cookies and biscuits and cakes and that type of non-food 'food'. That stuff is junk, will not do them any good and is a waste of hard earned money. Any cakes they have can be made at home, from scratch. A family 'cake' on a Sunday is good. Should also have plenty of exercise and be encouraged to get 'out' off of their butts. OK. Off me hobby horse, soap-box, whatever - <smile> Molly (UK)
