Guest guest
Gluten can also be found in all types of grains. Wheat, oats, rye, and barley can cause celiac and non-celiac gluten intolerance as I mentioned before. But remember that non-celiac gluten intolerance does not have a direct means for diagnosis, and who knows whether rice, corn , and other grains can cause non-celiac gluten intolerance. That is why I seriously advise people to stop eating grains altogether, and go for anything else. Please I beg you to listen, I know I don't have solid evidence, but the warning bells are everywhere: surveys on elderly people show a staggering 86% vitamin B12 deficiency, which is practically all of the elderly if the hospitalized are excluded. Surveys done on my country, Jordan, show an 85% B12 deficiency in the population. Also B12 deficiency is underdiagnosed, because it is often masked by folate excess. To be on the safe side, I also advise people to take B12 supplements like Neurorubina, which is cheap and readily available in pharmacies. Guest guest
yr talking of a high energy plant food.........a seed that can produce ...a tremendous amount of other seeds and the vegatation to go with it....little is needed and blended with fruits andvegies its ok....in colder countries it is a must because of the need for heat..........some of the things that can clogg us with these foods is the glooey nature of glutin...we must be active or push ourselves into activity..this activity is usually physical.........the question is that in many countries..the wheats/rice/corn..are staples...and most of us can afford little else...........the chemical sprays to detour insects and plant diseases are not removed..froim these seeds...the milling process leave small amounts of stone dust andsteel cuttings that unless removed.......need green plants and herbs as suppliments.....in sum ways you are right about glutins..................but a steady diet of anything can be a problem you may have a favorite dish.....but to eat that 24/7.........will not produce the health you hope to maintain.......i find that loosening the fingers..beside the f/nails helps restore the digestive systems of that imbalance.i hope to chatt again and learn more of what you have learned from yr findings rod helfenstein; crescentwrench2003
Guest guest
What will happen if we leave everything for abundance and low price? Sand is the most abundant thing on this planet, and it is very nutritious; full of minerals like calcium, magnesium, potassium, etc. So why don't we switch to eating sand instead? , rod <crescentwrench2003 wrote: > > yr talking of a high energy plant food.........a seed that can produce ..a tremendous amount of other seeds and the vegatation to go with it....little is needed and blended with fruits andvegies its ok....in colder countries it is a must because of the need for heat..........some of the things that can clogg us with these foods is the glooey nature of glutin...we must be active or push ourselves into activity..this activity is usually physical.........the question is that in many countries..the wheats/rice/corn..are staples...and most of us can afford little else...........the chemical sprays to detour insects and plant diseases are not removed..froim these seeds...the milling process leave small amounts of stone dust andsteel cuttings that unless removed.......need green plants and herbs as suppliments.....in sum ways you are right about glutins..................but a steady diet of > anything can be a problem you may have a favorite dish.....but to eat that 24/7.........will not produce the health you hope to maintain.......i find that loosening the fingers..beside the f/nails helps restore the digestive systems of that imbalance.i hope to chatt again and learn more of what you have learned from yr findings > > rod helfenstein; crescentwrench2003 > > > > > > >
