Guest guest
Sorry hit the enter button by mistake before posting what I wanted to write.. Another benefit I have found with Raw Apple Cidar Vinegar (I also use Braggs or Spectrum Raw unfiltered) is that when my blood sugar is high, if I take a small amount of Apple Cidar Vinegar with some stevia or honey in it, it will lower my high blood sugar in a relatively short time. I have found the more Vinegar you take the quicker it comes down... But, it is tart and hard for me to take to strong... So the honey and sometimes I put a little lemon in it to take the " bite " out of the vinegar.. But, it works for me... I am about to start using it for water retention as well. I just had bio identical hormone implants and they said I might retain water or feel bloated until my body gets used to the hormones again... (been without any for 10 years)so I am going to try the Vinegar for the water retention... This group of people really come up with some great ideas....Hope my input helps someone out there with TypeII diabetes... IT DOES NOT take the place of meds, but it will help a rising blood sugar to come down slowly, at least it has for me. But, I am not on any medication.
