Off topic:computer question

Somehow the bar at the bottom of

the screen that shows open programs,

the clock etc, has migrated to the side.

I tried moving it back to the bottom,

but it just gets wider and then stops.

Is there any place where I can click

on a setting?? I use MicroSoft Windows XP

It is really bugging me.

I have experienced similiar problems. Just click on the bar, and hold down.

While holding on the bar, drag it down to the bottom. If it wont move, its

probably locked. Right click on it, and look for where it says Lock the

Taskbal. If there is a chack beside it, click on it. This should solve your

problem.

When that happens, I just shut down the computer for awhile and it is

usually okay when it comes back on again. If that does not work, call your

Internet

provider and ask for help. I hate to do that because I usually get a techie

with a foreign accent and I cannot understand what they are saying. But

sometimes it is necessary.

I know how irritating that problem is.
