Hair loss can be caused by many things. Stress,

hormones, nutritional deficiency, using a brush

instead of comb on wet hair, chemical processing etc.

Biotin is excellent for helping with hair growth. De-

stressing and making sure you have appropriate amino

acids, fatty acids and minerals in your diet is

another. Zinc, Copper and Biotin are sources that

nourish hair. Hair and nails are the first parts to

get less nutrients when we are deficit in necessary

nutrients, so they are the first to show malnutrition.

You can use Extra Virgin light Olive oil(not as strong

a smell) as a conditioner. Use about a quarter size

drop on hair before washing. Let sit for a few minutes

then shampoo out. This is also good as a skin

moisturizer when applied in the shower and excess

rinsed off.

hair loss can be due to hypothyroidism. To find information about it go to

www.naturalalternativessociety.com that is where I learned the most about

the thyroid and the symptoms of hypothyroidism. Click on Thyroid & Balance.

simple............because its not genetic...its environ_mental

hold yr..hands out in front of you...in a soft relaxed

fist....rubb the fingernails together so with an up/down motion

so the index nail..goes down to thepinky nail on the other

hand...then up again......this loosens the congestion and

warms the tips....brings blood flow up...increasing the

magnetic fields...beside each fingernail a flow corresponds

with a protien.....before you go to bed....do the

toes.........with the opposite hand

if ya really go forshampoos..and rinses........oatmeal and

flax/oil..........boiled or raw potatoes are great

scrubbers...........i dont put anything on my head i would

not eat or drink.including a hat

Edgar Cayce's Violet Ray is supposed to help with falling hair and also

graying. They are sold at BAAR. 1-800-269-2502 toll free.

This is an old therapy for many ailments and was used by medical doctors in

the old days before drug therapy became the treatment of choice. It is an

electrical appliance and is one of the devices used in vibrational medicine.

They are about $285.00 - $300.00, I am looking into this and want to obtain

one along with the book to learn how to use it. Edgar Cayce recommended it and

it is mentioned in quite a few of his case studies.

If I obtain one, I will report here my experiences. I have a large family to

try it out on but first I will use it on myself and keep notes.

This site has information on use in the days of yore. I don't think they

sell it but it is a good source of information on its use.

Has anyone here used this? If so, what were the results? I would like to

hear about first hand experiences.

Peace,

Thyme

As soon as I started to treat my hypothyroidism with

several supplements, like thyroid energy and

L-Tyrosine (careful... one of our members said that it

may cause high blood pressure... and I can well

imagine that!) and try to avoid foods that inhibit

thyroid function (raw cruciferous vegetables, soy

products, etc...) I recovered my hair (lost the extra

weight, feel better, and have more energy again)

I eat only " basic " food: vegetables--also sea

veg.--brown rice, coconut oil... no packaged,

processed or fast food, sugar...

you probably don't have to be so strict, but it did

help me very much.

Good luck!
