Guest guest
Anyone with any experience helping a toddler (2 year old) with asthma? She is controlled well with medication once it starts - but what triggers her seems to be the thick mucus that starts at the slightest hint of a cold and it's really hard to get rid of. She's allergic to milk so we don't give her any milk products and seems to be leaning toward almost being a vegetarian naturally. We try and provide organic foods as much as possible. There are no smokers or pets in the house. We give her echinacea, astragalus, horehound (Herbs for kids), and the omega 2-6-9's. We saline - suction -percuss and humidifier her to help get the mucus out. It just keeps coming.... Any other suggestions? Thanks!
