Guest guest
Dear Terrie, You're right about the possibility of complications here, though I seriously doubt if you'd kill yourself if you messed up ;o) Remember to take your Intestional Cleanse #2 to absorb the toxins coming out of your Liver / Gallbladder and Pancreas when you start that flush. I have a 1" stone and other smaller ones. I did a gallbladder cleanse 10 years ago that was successful. However, I noticed this last time I tried that cleanse that my blood sugar dropped severely. If a diabetic wants to do these cleanses, what can be done for the blood sugar levels. I only fasted for 5 hours when she dropped. I take glucontrol in the am and am not on insulin.I think these cleanses work. However, we need to be careful as other things in our health can complicate them.Missmouthy

As they will both be working double duty.-- Most cleanses start with sweeping the colon, as far as I know. The one I am working with uses a formula that cleanses the colon and activates the liver at the same time. It also strengthens the kidneys. There are a gazillion good cleanses on the market! Guest guest
I'd think most good cleanses start with cleansing and strengthening the colon since, obviously, the other toxis that you pass while cleansing need to be processed by the colon. Several years ago, I did a liver/gall bladder flush and felt great afterwards. My best friend did exact same cleanse and was sick as a dog, throwing up and everything. We compared notes and except for the fact I'd been doing 2 weeks of colon cleansing, we'd done pretty much everything else the same. I later touched base with my naturopathic doctor about it and he kicked himself for not thinking of that sooner. but he'd noticed some people, like me, felt great on the cleanse and others were throwing up all night. Always clean the colon first!! , " Ieneke van Houten " <ienvan wrote: > > Jose wrote: > > -If I may,,please strenghten your liver and colon for a week before > doing a " heavy " cleanse.
