I have both and I would like advise on flare-ups, pain and diareah (sp?).I have been getting acupunture treatments and EFT with great results. My goal is to be medication free. I gave her a product called Sangre de Drago. She noticed within days that she felt better Within a few weeks she was so much improved she was able to get off her other meds. There was no bleeding. My goal is to be medication free. don't eat anything with high fructose corn syrup in it...read labels. It is very irritating to those with IBS. Start taking probiotics....bifidus & acidophilus, etc. Nature's Way makes an enteric coated bifidus capsule that will help a LOT. Eat yogurt with live active cultures. Natren ( www.natren.com ) makes some of the best probiotics. you can call them & they will help direct you as to what you need. Their phone # is on the web site.
