Guest guest
Hi, Think back to when you noticed your ankle pain. Now, go back three days from there. What where you doing? Did you sprain your ankle or maybe step of a curb wrong? Sometimes it takes three days after an injury before you notice you have an issue with your body. I suggest, massage with pressure point work to the painful areas, also gentle stretches and rotation of the ankle. Your ankle just may seat itself properly. I also suggest acupuncture. It really does help with pain.
