Guest guest
Anyone have a clue on " sorbitol " and the impact it will cause on long term usage? This material has been used as a substitute to sugar. Can be found on " sugar-free " lozenges as fisherman friend. Thanks. That it is caused by improper diet and can be managed without medication. She also comments on the artificial sweetners being dangerous. Splenda is addicitve and is more dangerous than aspartame...-if that is possible. And our schools are quickly removing sugared soft drinks from their vending machines and replacing them with Splenda and Aspartame sweetened sodas! They're creating a whole new generation of addicts. Ms. Gittleman suggests strongly the use of Stevia as a substitute for processed and artificial sweetners. I also have clients who use Agave as a sweetner. These are known to NOT increase the blood sugar levels in diabetics. She put out a book called " Fat Flushers " , it is choked full of natural diet information, further examines and explains the 40-30-30 plan and Glycemic index foods, recipes etc. I learned a lot from her book.
