There is a dentist here who recommends it to everyone, but i have yet to see any science or rationale for why it works, and i have had a number of people who got really sick on this protocol. Considering most peoples PH is way to low (acidic) i don't see this as a good idea, but i'm open to investigating it. > Matthew, Could you please tell us more about people getting sick on the ACV protocol? I always thought it was harmless. If it is not, I want to know! What else was there on this dentists protocol? The fact that a substance is acid doesn't mean it makes the blood acidic. Lemons are acid but they help to make the blood more alkaline. Please do enlighten us, thanks.
