This is really good advice in general. I might suggest that the real underlying

problem with these conditions is candida. All the things you mentioned like

coffee, gluten, sugar are metabolised by yeast and produce toxins which destroy

the immune system. Also gluten agglutinates type-o blood cells and the vst

majority of people i see with chronic illness are type o. The Standard American

Diet is highly detrimental to type o. As Jenny points out most people with

digestive issues are deficient in digestive enzymes, and they are the preferred

way to get rid of candida, since they digest rather that kill it the die-off

symptoms are much more tolerable. One point i'd like to stress with many, many of

the conditions mentioned are in reality related to " colon dysbiosis " i.e poor

colon health. A very large percentage of the immune system resides in the

colon!!!!!! That is why those good bacteria are call " probiotic " meaning

" promoting life " .

Also i saw several posts about appel cider vinegar. There is a dentist here

who recommends it to everyone, but i have yet to see any science or rationale

for why it works, and i have had a number of people who got really sick on this

protocol. Considering most peoples PH is way to low (acidic) i don't see this as

a good idea, but i'm open to investigating it.
