should and must give up Gluten until they get their bug count down and under

control. Gluten, sugar, caffeine, alcohol, just to name a few, are DEADLY

for those who are suffering from Lyme Disease.

and would love for you to send me a bunch. Make sure you include your URL

at the end of each recipe. Quality " Gluten Free " products are not always easy
