Guest guest
I have also had success with it even in cold water once or twice a day for reduction in water retension when feeling bloated. Just thought I would share and my apple cider vinegar was bought at the grocery store. Nothing I would even consider special about the apple cider vinegar I use. It's a buck or so a bottle and works like a miracle in only afew days. After reading your comment I will probably use it more often now. Thanks for sharing. evelynarizona <evelynarizona wrote: Hi Everyone, It will be two years in May since I started taking about a tablespoon of health food store Apple Cider vinegar in a cup of hot water with a little honey three times a day. It took about 2 weeks when I noticed no more swollen ankles. About that time I had a doctors appointment and he was very impressed. Then I noticed I wasn't taking any Tums. I haven't had any Tums in the house since then. Another miracle. My blood pressure has slowly gone down. I had been taking 2 and 3 different high blood pressure medications a day. I'm now down to 1 high blood pressure medication a day. I really believe in my apple cider vinegar and will never quit taking it. By the way I will be 75 years old in March. A lot of heartburn actually is caused by the stomach not making enough acid! Drs. used to think it was too much acid. When it's just the other way around. vinegar adds the necessary acid to the stomach. Also digestive enzymes may help when taken 30 minutes prior to eating. Many of my clients that deal with heartburn or digestive issues are deficient in digestive enzymes, EFA's, minerals and amino acids. Guest guest
You are so funny. Okay- I will evaluate the " brag brand " and see if there is a difference. Either way, I support the use of apple cider vinegar as an alternative treatment to many minor ailments and if you can't quite fit into that outfit you need to get into next Friday night. Have a happy new year all! Signing off now. evelynarizona <evelynarizona wrote: Hi LaurieAnn, Everything that I have read concerning the difference between Heinz Vinegar and the vinegar that you can purchase from the Health Food store is (I use Bragg brand) the way they process it. All the good stuff is taken out when they process it. The Bragg Vinegar is RAW-UNFILTERED- ORGANIC. Anyone else has had good Results from Apple cider Vinegar?
