1 tablespoon PURE honey

1/4 tsp. cayenne peppe

4 gloves crushed in a garlic press.

Mix all together. I use 1/2=1 tsp. every half hour until healed. Do not

wash

this mixture down with fluid.

Best to times 4 each ingredient and make larger amounts.

********Diane this is a great formula, but may I suggest that you use " Raw

Organic UNHEATED honey " ??

It is important that you use UNHEATED honey for the enzymes and healing

effect. Once you heat honey it simply becomes another sweetener. Raw organic

UNHEATED honey will heal wounds and act as medicine for formulas like this

one.....
