Guest guest
Sub: Model Court Cases… The existing courts do not have a good system .. There is a heavy rush and large number of court cases.. How come the judges go through the statements frequently and immediately make orders.. The judgments should be on letter pad of the Court Magistrate and signed and stamped.. The court application should be received by the advocate who will put up in the file make a noting in a file like a assistant doing in a Govt office..He will make the solid case and get signed by the applicant That is the abstract.. The advocate fighting against him can fight the court case and get the version of the applicant and file a counter court case.. The addresses of applicant and redressee will be confidential… The applicant and redressee should be produced in the court and power of attorney will not be applicable.. However in case of Govt cases the authority can authorize the assistant who deals the case.. The police should do the field work and just verify the case and they should give the statement signed and stamped.. from the local police station.. The entire case should be published after the court order in a advocates gazette.. The court cases should be audited by Advocate general as well as a Private advocate agency like the auditing of financial accounts.. The entire court cases should be recorded in video as well as audio and kept as proof in CDs.. I heard there are people who make fraud courts I am not sure.. There should be quick action of judiciary and pending cases for along time is illegal.. How come Navjyot Singh Sidhu is caught for a case in 1998.. Nowadays in the courts there are lot of advocates who roam here and there and there is lot of confusion.. The court should work like a administrative Govt office.. There can be decentralization zand computerization.. The maximum time period for a case should be one month..
