Guest guest
A patient suffering from constipation usually would visit the toilet after 2 to 3 days. The stools are invariably viscous and malodorous. Other complains included gas in the stomach, lack of appetite, bad breath and a feeling of heaviness in the head. It is important to have fibrous materials and roughage in the diet. It is good to drink a glass of warm water with lemon juice every morning. It helps if he/she visit the toilet regularly at a fixed time, whether urge or no urge and also take a hip-bath in a tub everyday. Rgds http://99health.blogspot.com/ Stay healthy, be happy!
