Guest guest
There's no such hard and fast rule that you have to follow any particular diet practise while taking Homoeopathic medicines. Only hard and fast rule is that U HAVE TO TAKE A FOOD - BREAK OF AROUND 30 MIN. BEFORE AND AFTER TAKING THE MEDICINE. What U asked can imply on some spl. medicines. So better ask UR Doc. abt. this. If U are feeling better with medicines along with consumption of mentioned things then it means U don have to avoid this. Guest guest
The main principle with homoeopathy is that there should not be any strong smell in the mouth when you take the pills. As long as your mouth is free from any odour, homoeopathy will work better. Since coffe leaves a strong odour in the mouth, it works as a anti dot and the effect of homeopathy will not be there. If you have taken coffee, take the pills after two hours, after gargling the mouth. For beter effect, put the pills under the tounge and allow to dissolve in the mouth. Do not open thebottle near any perfume, or agarbatti. Do not keep near magnet. Do not keep the bottle open. Take the pills in plain paper or clean spoon.Do not take in hand and then put in the mouth. , " Johnny Sanders " <johnnysanders wrote: > > Can someone clear up for me. Guest guest
Traditionally, it is best to stay away from coffee, chocolate, (white chocolate is okay as it isn't really made of chocolate) and any strong mint like peppermint essential oil. Strong perfumes can also be a problem. If you do use any of these things you risk antidoting the remedy. That is one reason why some practitioners prescribe taking additional doses every couple of days or once a week. In my experience, taking small amounts of coffee doesn't always necessarily antidote the remedy. A mild mint, like wintergreen probably won't be a problem either. If you are treating yourself for a minor acute condition, like a cold, sprain or wound, of course it is fine to go back to coffee once the healing has taken place. Chronic conditions are a different matter. You might try developing a taste for black tea. Sometimes you want to antidote a remedy. The fastest way I've found to do that is to take a good whiff of Vicks Vapo-rub or rub it on your skin. Best of luck to you. , " Johnny Sanders " <johnnysanders wrote: > > Can someone clear up for me. Is coffee strictly forbidden when using > homeopathic meds.? or can you take it after waiting a while?
