The Knees are Interconnected with the Meridians of the Kidneys, I would

seriously look into the Detoxification of your Kidneys.. too much salt? Not

enough salt? salt is the energy the Kidneys feed on, too much is Bad, too

little is Bad..

A fantastic remedy for sore knee joints is gelatine. Not so great if

you are a vegetarian..

I had a client once who had his knee crushed in a motorbike accident

and he said he took 1 tsp of gelatine in warm water (to dissolve it)

and then add it to juice if need be to disguise the taste everyday

until better.

It is where they get the expensive glycosomine from. It is a

derivative of gelatine.

But taking this way is cheap and easy and really effective.

It will even rebuild cartlidge as it did in my clients case.

All the best

Hello Lura

When you hurt your knee either the cartilage or the soft tissue arounf=d

might have got involved.

In Homoeopathy Arnica Montana is an extremely good remedy to releive the

after effects of trauma. You can take it internally as Arnica 30 or Arnica

200.Initially start with Arnica 30 twice daily and continue for 5

days.Ifthere is no releif go to Arnica 200.

You can also get Arnica Oil for external application.Or you can make this by

yourself by adding Arnica mother tincture in an Oil base.

Vitamic C tablets generally has been found to give releif to Rheumatic pains

,but I am not excatly sure how effective it will be in your case as yours is

associated with trauma.

Let me know about the progress.Did you have a radiograph done?Any findings?

Let me know.

Thanks

Get the Chinese herb called Fo-Ti. type it the address bar of your computer

to find sources. It is very healing for the knees. It is a remedy for

longevity and anti aging but It is also great for the knees. You can get arnica

gel

or creme at any health/herb store or on the Internet. It really helps with

pain along with the little Arnica pellets by BOIRON Homeopathic.

Peace, Thyme
