I have a friend that has Restless Leg Symdrome. Doe's any one know of

some supplements that could help that problem. I have heard that

Magnesium might help.

Thanks

Yes, magnesium does help A LOT. But you need to take magnesium with calcium

and Vit D. There are a ton of vitamin supplements with all 3 as a combo

pill. Calcium works best with Vit. D and magnesium works best with calcium; so

that's why they're always sold together. Look for the calcium citrate.

Actually, I have read in several places that it is a good idea to take

a dose of magnesium once per day away from the calcium. Calcium needs

magnesium, but magnesium doesn't need calcium. I take 400 mg of

magnesium before going to bed. Magnesium is important for muscles to

stay smooth and relaxed. Coffee drinking depletes magnesium, so if you

are a coffee drinker extra magnesium is helpful. You will find most

calcium supplements will contain some magnesium, but you can purchase

magnesium alone. There is magnesium malate which is good for those with

fibro issues. I also like chelated magnesium. Just as there are

different kinds of calcium, there are also different magnesiums.
