regarding confusion in terminology like hypo and hyper

The solutions are..

1. The doctors should make the comprehensive case hsitory computesised and in

case of chnge of place or posting the file number and patient number and all

dtails should be e-mailed to the new doctor at the new place..This is a new

telemedicine project..

2.The terminology of diagnosis should be changed so that there is no

confusion in verbal discussion.. Hyper may be changed to High and Hypo to

low..I think these are latin terms and allopathy must have originated in Latin

European countires like Italy..Rest of terminology can be changed Can you do it

3.All diagnosis treatment and prescribtion should be compuetrised in CDs or

floppies as these are chaep and as well as hardcopy must be maintained.. This

may be done by IT department in the OPD counter.. In PHSC we had a software

made by Tata Consultancy services..

4. If any body knows software they can make a better version of HMIS and CDs

and floppies with recording of interview with patient and doctors..For that a

speech to voice recognition software may be needed..
