Guest guest
I recently answered this question a few days ago here. I and my clients have had excellent results with using Collinsonia root for this until they are better. Then for maintenance, take Rutin--100-500mg/day. Guest guest
Piles or Hemmorroids can be caused by improper diet, lack of fiber and hydration. It can be corrected and prevented. Changing diet to have more roughage and fiber, both soluable and insoluable, drinking more water which has the proper tension for your body...not just any water. Eating less starchy, fatty and refined foods. Raw veggies and fruits, whole grains etc. When sitting for long periods of time use some sort of pillow or cushion that will take the strain off the rectum area. Avoid straining when using that toilet. You can use witch hazel on cotton pads on the area when irritated to sooth. Sitz baths with epsom salts is also effective in reducing irritation. Natural stool softners are good, but you don't want to become realiant on them. Diet is the best way to change that. Last option and worst is to have them surgically removed. Scar tissue and surgical incisions change and damange Meridian points in the body.
