Guest guest
Vitamin B12 is essential for cell function, metabolism, and division. Consequently, vitamin B12 is important for every part of the human body, and not just the neurological part. It helps heal many problems like headaches, obesity, nervousness, deformation, urinary tract infections, and even hair loss. B12 is only found in animal products, and I like eating lots of fish. I also take Neurorubina, which is a very good B12 supplement, that can boost the vitamin B12 level in a person and greatly improve the standard of living. Neurorubina is available in any pharmacy at a low price. Be careful not to eat products that contain wheat, oats, rye, or barley, because many people are intolerant to the gluten in such products, and are consequently suffering from vitamin B12 deficiency. As a substitute for bread, I eat some nuts (does not contain gluten) and lots of fruits and vegetables; drinking a tank of cocktail a day is a good impression of me. Don't be afraid of excess vitamin B12, because it is water soluble, and is therefore ejected by the urine.
Guest guest
Gluten intolerance can also cause damage to the digestive track, and cause a reduction in intrinsic factor. There are 2 types of gluten intolerance, celiac and non-celiac. The celiac part is not very common, and has a direct method for diagnosis. The non-celiac part however, is a huge percentage of the population, and does not have a direct method for diagnosis. Although most reports say that non- celiac gluten intolerance " can be " 13% of the population, some reports say that this is a big underestimate. In other words, no body knows how many people have gluten intolerance. Non-celiac gluten intolerance is also very dangerous like celiac, and can cause anemia and death. I know that I sound like a pain in the ass, but if you saw the movie " Dante's Peak " , you will know what I mean. , " Khalid " <khalidsahawneh wrote: > > Vitamin B12 is essential for cell function, metabolism, and division. > Consequently, vitamin B12 is important for every part of the human > body, and not just the neurological part. Guest guest
I used to have severe vitamin B12 deficiency during a period where I refrained from eating animal products, and my weight gained 20kgs in a matter of 2 weeks (this is because vitamin B12 is essential for the metabolism or burning of fat and sugars). I started eating lots of fish, took Neurorubina tablets and Neurobion injections, and my B12 level returned to normal, after which my weight reduced by 40kgs in a period of 2 months (I was eating heavily, but not eating bread during that period, and was eating bread before that period). You can see that my weight became 20kgs less than that at the time I was eating both animal products and bread. This shows that bread had a factor in reducing the B12 level, and gluten intolerance is the primary suspect. After my B12 level was regulated with an impressive weight loss of 40kgs, I fallibly decided to indulge into eating bread again, and guess what: my weight regained 20kgs and became exactly the same as it was when I was eating both bread and animal products. Now I stopped eating bread again and my weight is starting to reduce again. Really, I think 'Satan' is in the bread, hiding in the form of gluten intolerance. , " Khalid " <khalidsahawneh wrote: > > Vitamin B12 is essential for cell function, metabolism, and division. > Consequently, vitamin B12 is important for every part of the human > body, and not just the neurological part.
