needing help..!!!

dear all!!

i ve join the group this month and found it really very beneficial..

i am not a doctor,nor a herbalist nor a medical student any more it is

difficult for me to explain my problem but i am trying hope u people ll

understand it..

my problem is of deviated septum...my nose looks normal from outside. but one

of my nostril a bit small than the other one due to which i have problem in

breathing form one of my nostril(left one).

so i need some alternative answers for that ...i hope i ll get it....i dont want

to have any type of minor surgery for that...thats y i m looking here for

this...

deviated septum cannot correct itself but I have found just plain Vicks

Vapor rub put into the nostrils helps.

You can also massage that area. I got mine from surgery to repair a broken

nose. I could breath fine, broken nose and all until after the surgery and I do

not want to go through it again. I have become very cranky with this

deviated septum, sinus problems and all because of it. I can't believe I had to

pay

for this problem,
