Guest guest
Hi ya'll, I have a strange question but first a little background on myself. I'm 47, female and in very good health overall. I don't have any major medical problems and take relatively good care of myself. No medications. I do take vitamin/mineral, fish oil, super green food, etc. supplements. The only food I seem to be allergic to is Zucchini (of all things). I have very thick hair normally, but I've noticed that whenever I take herbal supplements (ginko biloba, valerian root, ST. John's Wort, etc.) I start losing hair. Bunches of it. It gets bad enough that I always stop using the herb and sure enough, in a few weeks, new hair begins to grow in and fill in the spaces. Has anybody else ever heard of this or experienced this or am I just blessed with some kind of wierd allergy to herbs? Toni'
Guest guest
I have never heard of this before, but that doesn't matter, we are all different! Your body is telling you that for whatever reason, these herbs do not agree with you. That's all you need to know. The rest is just idle speculation. Always, always trust the guidance within. Your body is the only expert whose opinion really counts.
