The followings are some traditional stuffs that chinse uses to

provide nourishments to once health:

 

Tonics

Black sesame seeds, chicken, strawberries.

 

Reduce toxic heat (cool or cold in nature)

Aloe vera, asparagus, bamboo shoot, banana, chrysanthemums, potatoes,

soyabean paste, rambutan, starfruits, strawberries, tofu & wheat.

 

Reduce damp heat eg Hepatitis B & C

Alfalfa, chinese cabbage, eggplant, yellow soyabean, starfruits,

sunflower seeds, snails.

 

Energy circulation

Carrots, chicken eggs, button mushroom, garlic, grapefruits, red

beans,

shiitake mushroom, tumeric.

 

3gm red dates + 3gm peanuts +3gm rock sugar = => half cup boil to

half.
